A huge thank you to George for coming in and leading a fantastic ball exercise session with our residents today.
Everyone had a wonderful time taking part in fun, seated exercises using colourful balls to help improve strength, coordination, flexibility, and mobility. There was plenty of laughter, smiles, and friendly encouragement throughout the session, making it enjoyable for everyone involved.
